The worm gearbox are hobbed with multi start hobs to ensure a high load carrying capacity. The internals of these worm gearboxes are supported by quality ball/roller bearings designed to provide long service life. Further, to meet the varied requirements of our clients, we also offer hardened and ground worm drives. 

Raw material used for manufacturing Worm Gearboxes are as follows:

Nickel alloy steel, case hardened and precision ground surfaces

Aluminum, bronze and phosphorous bronze (PB2C) cast on graded cast iron hubs
