 The ability to the L.e.d is stabilized in order to radiate settled force and there is one semiconductor light sensor.

 For measuring splendor, an exhibit of high force monochromatic L.e.d.s is altered in a round manner around the focal point is a light sensor.  The sensor and the L.e.d. show are settled on top and the light falls on the test piece.

 The reflected light from the test piece is measured. The measure of light reflected once more to the sensor is the measure of splendor. The contraption is aligned with a dark card and a white card.

 To measure the Cover element, same sensor is utilized, however the example is lighted from beneath. The light source is an uniformly lighted round board.

 Reverse of the measure of light passing through test piece is the measure of spread element.

 The instrument works from a rechargeable electric cell.
