The furnace is the preferred choice for baking all types of bread, rolls, pastries, croissants, cakes, cookies, bagels, etc. Additional applications include its thawing, roasting and reconstitution of frozen foods. The uniform heating is the predominant feature. Our Oven Bakery promises a quick start (about 20 minutes) and high efficiency due to its 225,000 BTU of high efficiency burner for the single rack and up to 600,000 BTU furnace for Double Rack.
