Known for its warm and peppery flavour, the Turmeric Powder offered by us is a common ingredient in most of the Indian dishes, be it vegetarian or non-vegetarian. The powder is available in different varieties, which are broadly distinguished on the basis of their area of cultivation. Depending upon the area in India where these are grown, each variety has different flavor and color. Turmeric powder processed from Nizam variety has rich yellowish color, whereas those processed from Rajapuri variety has orange yellow color, along with strong flavor. Furthermore, the powder pulverized from Cuddapa (Madras) variety has lemon yellow shade.
