Overview
Citi Services based in Chennai, was started in the year 1999 with the primary objective of offering services to Samsung Products (Audio Video, Information Technology & Home Appliance).Citi Services has established itself as one of the most reputed organization in Tamilnadu by associating itself with the Ms/ Samsung India Electronics P Ltd as Authorized Service Centre since 1999 and gaining its Customer satisfaction. In the year 2002 the Service Centre was upgraded to one of the Six Regional repair Centre in India to provide service to Hard Disk & Optical Disk Drive.
In the year 2010 M/s Citi Services was appointed as the Authorized Channel Partner for M/s Sharp Office especially for their Projectors and their entire range of Office Automation Products.
In the year 2012 Citi Services proudly joined hands with IFB Appliances to start their IFB Point (Exclusive IFB showroom for their entire range of products) at the same premises.
Citi Sol
In the year 2013 Citi Sol tied up with Luminous Water Technologies Pvt Ltd to market their Livpure Touch and Livpure Touch Plus water Purifiers.
In the year 2013 Citi Sol entered into partnership with 3M to market their Whole House water Purifier.
In the year 2014 Citi Sol entered into partnership with KENT to market their KENT Super Star, Kent Grand, Kent Super+ RO water Purifier.
CitiLynX
Citi Services in the same year started CitiLynX ( Contemporary service with old time values) which caters to the day to day needs of elderly parents living in India who’s Children / Grand Children live abroad.
The Promoter
Mr.R.Karthikeyan, is a dedicated service person with 18 years’ experience in service of computers, laptops, TV, Monitors, Washing Machine, Microwave, Laser Printers and LCD Monitors.
He was one of the Director in Citi Computer Klinik P ltd during the period 1993 to 2007. During that period he had lots of experience servicing of Computers, Laptops, Printers and other Computer acessories.
He takes personal interest in all the projects the company enters into and sees to that the customer is satisfied to the fullest extent.
