Established in the year 1994, we, Choice Precitech India Pvt. Ltd., are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. We have been in the mould making industry for about 16 years and have made a variety of Hot-runner and conventional runner moulds during this period for components mostly in industrial plastics: PP, Nylons, ABS, GF-Nylons, PC and Polysulfones etc. We made lot of moulds for caps and closures for bottles and squeeze tubes. We have made a significant presence in the Caps and Closures, Battery Container and Lid and Vent moulds, Electrical and Electronic parts Medical and Healthcare segment. We have made injection moulds for electronic typewriters and printers where accuracy of the molded parts, where as close as 0.025mm. We have a strong Design team and a very good manufacturing facility consisting of the best CNC and conventional machines. Our manufacturing team is trained to follow the best practices in manufacturing. We are equipped with all the necessary inspection facility necessary for our purpose including CMM and Profile Projector from Mitutoyo. We are very good at manufacture of other tooling such as Progressive Press tools, Die Casting Dies and Lighting Bulb Shell moulds for clients like Siemens, Legrand, Philips and Surya Roshni etc. We are the most preferred supplier of Silicon Rubber Injection Moulds for Composite Insulators. We have been able to successfully stand up to the expectations of our clients in India and abroad. Besides the Tool Room activity, we are very competent in manufacture of components and have the following facilities Plastic Injection Moulding Press work, sheet metal parts Machining of castings, Hydraulic components Forging, machining Plasma Ion Nitriding Infrastructure We have excellent infrastructure, which has different facilities employing a perfect blend of CNC and Conventional machines. These facilities are spread into various departments ie. Tool Room, Machining of Components, Plastic Injection Moulding, Press shop, Forging & Quality. These practices are embedded into our designing and manufacturing processes. We also verify the pre-production samples before the actual production. We have a system of inspection of all incoming materials as per specifications. All in-process materials are checked and confirmed by the production and quality personnel. Only after the approvals, the items being manufactured move to the next stage. Before dispatch, they are inspected again thoroughly. We are an ISO9001:2008 certified company.
