ChemiCoat was established in the year 1985, we are engaged in the business of manufacturing and exporting finest quality Gravure Heat Sealable Inks, Aqua Flex Water Based Inks and many other printed inks. Owing to adeptness of Mr. Vinod Dhawan and our experienced professionals, we have acquired ISO 9001:2008 certification for the entire assortment which is formulated using innovative process technology. We started business with manufacturing of single product Flexographic and Rotogravure Printing Inks, with manufacturing plant located at Vasai, Dist. Thane and administrative office at Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai. With gained experience and process expertise, we are presently meeting the demands of extensive array of printing inks which are highly appreciated for features like excellent gloss and depthness, attractive shades as per customer’s colourway, consistencies in every batch supplies and many others.

We have developed technology for backward integration into resins and additives which are the key raw material used in fabrication of inks. Manufacturing of resin is undertaken by our sister company M/s. Sanvy Resins and Coatings Pvt. Ltd, located at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. They manufacture some specialty resins such as polyamide resin, reactive and non reactive, alcohol soluble polyamide resin & special polyamide resin for untreated HDPE/PP woven sack fabrics, modified phenolic, which are used for the printing inks and paint manufacturing. Today, we are recognized for offering qualitative products in the market, all over India as well as many other countries with the tremendous support and co-operation of our customers, suppliers and well wishers.
