Available with us is a wide range of PVC flexible wires & cables. These are single and multiple core flexible cables used in machines tools, appliances, control panels, machinery and various industries like steel and telecom. Our range of PVC flexible wires & cables comply to the standards of IS 694/1990, ISI and TAC and comes in different sizes ranging from 0.5 sq. mm in single core and 0.5 sq. mm to 4 sq. mm up to 5 cores. In addition to this, we also offer cables as per BS 6004/1991 and BS : 6500/1990.
| Conductors | The conductors are developed using bright electrolytic grade copper and annealed conductors are bunched together. |
| Insulation | Bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated, in - house developed PVC compound that have high insulation resistance power. The insulation process is carried forward on modern high speed extrusion lines with high accuracy that ensures a consistent performance. |
| Sheath | The insulated cores are laid up to form the core assembly in case of multiple core cables. The sheathing is provided with specially formulated PVC compound to facilitate ease in stripping and to withstand mechanical abrasion while the product is in use. |
| Quality Control | Quality standards are inbuilt in each “AVOCAB” product. Rigid test and checking of raw material is done at each step of manufacturing process and the final cable meet national standards and consumer approval. |
