Training Methodology at Celestial Infrasolutions

To avoid the gap between training and the actual learning from a particular session, we take up the role of a learning facilitator. We make the sessions interactive and customize training programmes that meet candidate’s requirements.

    A thorough need assessment of the organization is conducted to comprehend details of the training requirement. During the Need Assessment, an interaction with candidates helps us determine the exact lacuna that needs to be bridged.
    The corresponding research information is compiled to ensure that the training program hits the bull’s eye.
    The training program is then tailored as per the client’s needs.
    The course contents & methodology has to be mutually agreed on and signed by the client.
    The participants are assessed through scientific interviewing tools and an in depth pre-training assessment report (as required by the training program / client) is prepared.
    Training is imparted in a very interactive way.
    Participants learning and feedback is measured during training.
    Training Evaluation is conducted, 2-3 months after the training concludes (through interviews, projects or assignments) to measure progress and a detailed report is submitted (if required) to the client.
