LT-XLPE Cables have a higher conductor rating i.e. "90°C as compared   70°C of PVC and hence higher current rating.
 Maximum temperature limit under Short Circuit conditions for LT-XLPE Cables is 250°C as against 160"C for PVC Cables. Hence, LT-XLPE Cables have higher Short Circuit rating.

•Dish TV Coaxial Cables.    "Capital Cables" PVC insulated flexible single core, manufactured with bright annealed bare copper conductor for flexible use, insulated with Di- Electric grade PVC Compound. Impervious to oil, water, petrol, acids and greases generally for working voltage up to and included 1100 Volts. Capital Cables India Ltd. winding wires are insulated with a very superior grade of PVC compound to give it the necessary electrical strength and resistance to abrasion. The copper conductors of required purity and conductivity are drawn and annealed specification.

The company manufactures and stocks a wide range of Screened Instrumentation Cables needed for signalling systems, control and instrument circuits. These cables report and monitor process variables ranging from transducers to environmental controls.These Signal Cables are available in a wide range of insulation and jacket material, such as PVC, polyethylene, HR PVC, FRLS PVC, ZHLSF, silicone, EPR & CSP rubber, teflon.   Known for their application specific design, these Cabled are generally malleable and ductile that makes them stretchy. This Cable is a high frequency cable, which is divided in two compartments, one is to carry signal and the second is to bring back the signal. It withstands more circuits on the same pair. Constructionally it consist of 4 mil polyethylene coated flat aluminium screen which divides the cable core in two compartments.
Extension cables are constructed in single/multiple pairs.  The conductor size is 16,18&20AWG.Primary insulation material being General purpose PVC/HRPVC/PTFE/Fiber Glass.

•ACSR Cable Conductor (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced).  These are manufactured using XLPE/HDPE insulated power conductors of aluminum (neutral conductor and street lighting conductor if and when necessary).
