Consultancy offered to Petrochemical, Chemical Manufacturing, Textile, Pulp & paper & general industries for Effluent treatment for Recycle & reuse of water. A complete water audit is done to provide a value-added solution which increased treatment plant efficiency, trouble-free operations & consistency in final output. Supported to get desired output as per Local Pollution Control Board norms. Following activities are done for achieving improvements.

(1)Primary Clarification – conducting Jar Test to select coagulants & Flocculants, to estimate doses along with dosing systems. Start-up & troubleshoot clarifiers for getting designed parameters using laboratory back-up.

(2)Biological Treatment – Startup & maintain the biological system. Troubleshooting at the time of plant disturbances & optimization for final use of water. Tertiary Treatment – Consultation and troubleshooting during startup and operations of Filtration & Ion Exchange.
