The particulate size can be reduced up to 200 mesh (74 microns) and controlled to a high degree of precision. Our design features limit the grinding temperature to maximum of 50 degree centigrade thus preserving the original nutritional value and other characteristics of the spice. The process loss is typically between 2% to 3% providing higher output as compared to 8% loss in the conventional machines.
