Electrical current that rows through a coil always causes a vibration of the entire winding called transformer humming or microphonic effect and generates heat which reduces the life of the windings.

Voids in the windings also accelerates the degradation of insulation material and causes the transformer to fail prematurely.

VPI Plant produces a better insulation for better environmental protection and moisture resistance. The removal of air voids from the windings assures longer electrical life.
