Based on the pre-burnishing surface finish conditions mirror like surface finish, normally around 0.1 Ra, can be easily achieved. We have also achieved 0.05 Ra in certain applications based on pre-burnishing surface finish.This centreless OD Burnishing Machines can be used for both plunge and through rolling of cylindrical parts. As this is a centreless design there is no limitation on the length to be burnished. Various types of ferrous and non-ferrous materials in soft stage can be burnished with our Hydraulic Centreless OD Burnishing Machine.
