Burnishing Diameter RangeThere is no limitation on the burnishing diameter. Any external diameter can be burnished with one tool. This tool is recommended for job external diameter greater than 75mm.

Burnishing LengthJob with any length can be burnished with this tool. There is no limitation on the burnishing length.

ShankThere are different shank options provided for using the tools in different type of machines. Square shanks and round shanks are available as standards. Tools can be supplied with specially designed shanks on request.

Job MaterialAny Ferrous or Non-Ferrous material can be burnished. Normally ferrous materials with a maximum natural hardness of 35HRc are recommended for burnishing operation. Heat Treated jobs are not recommended.

Machine UsedSingle Roller Burnishing Tools can be used in CNC Turning centers and in Conventional Lathes.
