Plan International, Vikalp, World Comics, Unicef, Chetna, Kalyanam and many more. Be it the issue of disability, girl child & female feticide, vulnerable street children, Polio Bittoo has voiced his concerns at every given opportunity and his perseverance has no periphery.

 Bittoo also initiated a new idea to bring joint friendship channels between India & Pakistan and to write the common history of two countries. He organized cricket match of street children including homeless and freed bonded labourers to spread the message of peace and harmony between the two countries for ActionAid & Plan international.
