With the help of spray drying route, juices/pulp of various fruits can be converted into free flowing powder like milk powder from milk. The filtered fruit juice is homogenized before before being fed to the spray dryer. Furthermore, the dehumidified air at the dryer outlet prevents lumping of powder (fruit powders are Hygroscopic in Nature) and pack it instantly (if required with Nitrogen). These dryers also have a nozzle system in order to feed pulp like tomato. Additionally, these dryers retain the natural flavor, color and taste of the eatables.
