We are engaged in offering a robustly built range of Zero Discharge Effluent Treatment Plant. Before treatment, effluents are made to pass through membranes, which serves as carbon and sand filters. Furthermore, the the concentrate or rejected material can be stored so as to undergo a recycling process. Being recycled as chemical makeup water, the residual soluble organics(including lignins, cellulose and other naturally occurring resins) help in improving the quality of the processed item. Following this, the permeates are sent through a carbon filter for the purpose of final polishing. Finally, the permeate can be considered fit for use as general site process water or boiler feed water, where 99.5% COD removal is attained.
