Big Bags’ indigenously produces cost-effective and high-quality FIBCs which are supplied across the domestic Indian market and exported regularly to over 20 countries across the globe.

Big Bags, an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000, BRC, AIB certified company is headquartered in Bangalore (India). The company employs a team of over 2,500 people working in state-of the art facilities situated within the well-established Peenya Industrial Complex area (considered to be amongst the oldest industrial estates in South East Asia region), located at the northern part of the Bangalore city.

Big Bags started with a small capacity to produce around 500 bags/day in early 2000 and has rapidly expanded its capabilities over the last decade to currently produce around 18,000 bags/ day.

In addition, Big Bags has the capacity to produce the following:

Fabric – 2,50,000 meters/day

Liners - 25,000 meters/day

Lamination – 40,000 meters/day

Webbing – 2,00,000 meters/day

Dustproof – 100,000 meters/day

We have put up a world class factory in mangalore within a 25 acre campus. Phase one of this unit started its production in april 2012 with a capacity to produce 10000 bags per day. Once phase 2 of this operation is complete, which is expected by mid 2013, this unit will have the capacity to produce over 40,000 bags per day. This facility will also enjoy the advantage of quicker time to international markets owing to its presence and proximity to the Mangalore shipping port.

By combining the design with development of flexible forms of packaging and scale, Big Bags is well poised globally to offer the complete made-to-measure packing/covering system.
