RP-350 is an environment-friendly traveling column machining center that is perfectly suitable for transfer lines. Most suited for machining ferrous as well as non-ferrous material, the highlight of this machine is long-life and trouble free operation. The standard features of this machine contain AC variable-speed spindle motor, a Coolant tank with chip tray, Levelling kit, centralized auto lubrication, Spindle taper air blow and Air curtain with absolute encoder feedback. The installation of this requires the power supply, pneumatic supply and based on the machine weight of 4500kg.The traverse of the equipment also involves longitudinal movement (X-axis) of 500mm, transverse movement (Y-axis) of 350mm and Vertical movement (Z-axis) of 350mm. Automatic tool changer is also present in the machine with some specifications for controlling the equipment.
