The machine consists of a  rigid structure ensuring vibration free and smooth machining and Optimum spacing of precision taper roller bearings ensuring vibration of free cutting. The bearing one-sided, which is adjusted by a common nut and a rigid spindle housing, cross ribbed box type column structure, and the closed box type knee design ensure optimum chip removal and surface finish.
