Since conventional filters are not capable of removing fine ferrous particles from the coolant liquid, we have specifically designed Magnetic Coolant Filters. Because of its ability to provide uninterrupted flow of pure coolant liquid, it is used for precision grinding operations. With the use of coolant magnetic separator on grinding machine helps in improving the performance of the machine with better surface finish.

Operation:

    The filter removes the course sediments of the coolant from the grinding machine and discharges into the coolant magnetic separator inlet
    Permanent magnets are fitted into the coolant drum, which rotates in the opposite direction of the flow of the liquid in a very slow speed
    The strong magnetic poles of the separator drum attract fine ferrous particles into its surface
    Brass scrapper at the other end of the machine is used to scrape the ferrous particles from the magnetic poles and collect it in a special box
