We deal in rentals for Corporate Guest Houses, Bunglows, Villas in Decent locations of Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida with or without furnitures and furnishings. We offer locations in Gurgaon like Nirvana Country, DLF Phase I/II/III/IV, Sushant Lok Phase I/II/III, Mayfield Gardens. South City I/II, Sun City, All HUDA Sectors, Eldeco Mensionz, Uppal's South End, Malibu Towne, Ardee City and various other locations in Noida and Delhi. We can arrange facility management if required with complete services or can manage to take over the operations of the Guest Houses on behalf of the Company. The facilities like security, power back up, water, maintenance and repair works can be out sourced and the quality of accomodation can be provided in accordance of the requirement of the Company. The rentals vary with locations, profile of the company and accomodations with the guest house. For smaller guest house, the model can be developed or designed as per the specific requirement of the Company. We do not provide any guest house on individual lease.
