Established in the year 2002 as a proprietorship firm, the organization got its private limited company status in 2002. Basai Steels Pvt. Ltd. is a prominent supplier, authorized distributor and Stockist of various kinds of mild steel and iron products. The range of products offered by us includes angles, beams, channels, flats, squares, sheets, rounds and plates. All these products are fabricated by using genuine mild steel as raw material. Moreover, all our products are subjected to several rounds of quality assurance tests in order to meet the high international standards.

We have an integrated steel plant, equipped with all the latest machines and technologies. It has a sponge iron plant, induction furnace and rolling mill. Our world class unit functions day and night to come up with a large volume of products within the stipulated time. We are an ISO certified company and strive for maintaining great quality standards.

The company was founded by Smt. Pushpa Agarwal along with her son Mr. Piyush Agarwal, who belong to a very resourceful family background with net worth around Rs. 195 Crores.  The duo has successfully led the company on the path of success and achievements with immense support provided by the Board of Directors and rest of the employees. We look forward to keep working on strengthening our client base. The company has already bagged the authorized dealership rights for Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) & VSP. Moreover, we also act as stockiest for JINDAL, ESSAR, ISPAT UDYOG & LLOYD.

Our Promoters

The company was started by Smt. Pushpa Agarwal and her son Mr. Piyush Agarwal. We have a very dedicated team of employees which works meticulously to come up with new ideas to facilitate company progress. Our board of directors comprises of the following important persons:

Shri Gopal Agarwal- He is the managing director of the company, responsible for handling the proposed green field project from conceptualization to commissioning. Mr. Agarwal started off modestly but now has gone on to gain 30 years of valuable experience in the iron and steel industry. He is been the guiding force for the company since its days of inception.

Shri Mayur Agarwal- With a graduation degree in chemical engineering and post graduation in engineering from ICT, Chicago, USA, Mr. Mayur Agarwal is the eldest son of Mr. Gopal Agarwal. He has three years working experience with ECIS and is designated as resident director at the plant.

Shri Piyush Agarwal- Son of Mr. Gopal Agarwal, he has a B.Com and MBA degree. He looks after the entire marketing, sales and business administration.

Mr. Mridul Agarwal- a very hardworking and charismatic person, heading the manufacturing department.

Mrs. Pushpa Agarwal- wife of Mr. Gopal Agarwal and a science graduate, she has been the director of the company since 2002.
