A major advantage of Hard Chrome Plating is that, it is a relatively Cold process and there is no fear of distortion of metal. Therefore, components can be designed more economically. Other benefits accrue due to an excellent adhesion of the Chrome metal to the base material, a substantial improvement in surface finish and long life due to lesser erosion

As per the needs of our customers, we render service to them in various sizes of baths. The maximum size of bath have 1.5 mtrs in diameter and 6 mtrs in height

It has got semi automatic rectifier of 12 volts & 10000 Amps with accurate temperature controllers for the bath

The plating solution is backed up with in-house chemical laboratory for regular chemical analysis
