The unit is making P.U. Foam in various densities like 9, 14, 16, 18, 23, 25, 28, 30, 32, 40, 50 & 60 which is extensively used in various industries like shoes, leather, garment, electronics, furniture and others. The foam is made in the form of both sheets and rolls.
Lexus Foam is our brand which consists of coverd Mattresses and pillows. These products come with cotton covers in various colors and design .
We make Fire Retardant fr foam in 30 density.
We also manufacture Memory Foam. Memory Foam is produced in 40+ density and is extensively used in hospitals and also as pillows.
Bonded Foam is also being produced by us in 80 density which is used as carpet underlay and as lining in other Mattresses.
