The firm ‘The Banaras Mercantile Co' established in 1952 by Pt. Tileshwarnath Shukla. At present it run under his elder son Shri Ashok Kumar Shukla.

The firm is not unknown for Pandits, Astrologers, Tantrik, Research Scholors, Non resident Indians etc. they find more than there requirement. We are the first publisher of Roman books for NRI`s who published Hindu Religious books in Roman form. Our book ‘Shri Satya Narayan Vrat Katha' first published in 3 languages- Sanskrit, Hindi and English. Others are- Hanuman Chalisa, Bhajan Sangraha, Arati Sangraha, Sandhya Vidhi and many others too.
