We offer a comprehensive range of flavors that are widely used by bakeries. These flavors are specially formulated so that they are thermo stable. As the final products in which these are used are a subject to high temperature, speciality ingredients meeting national and international standards and having high boiling point are used. A brief description of some flavours widely used in biscuits, cakes, cookies and other bakery products is given below for the reference of bakers.

Gluco Bisk Milky:

Medium Caramel coloured liquid possessing a distinctive flavour of Milky Vanilla. It imparts an original and vibrant flavour of Vanilla together with a natural and creamy tone of cooked milk, to the products to which it is added. The mouth feel of condensed milk in the baked products is so prominent that the rich after effect lingers for long. The thermo stability of the product makes it very suitable for use by the Biscuit Industry

Vanilla Special :

Dark caramel coloured, slightly viscous liquid possessing a very strong and distinctive flavour of “VANILLA”. It imparts an original and vibrant note of natural vanilla beans along with an under tone of tonka beans. It is capable of with- standing high oven temperature thus making it very suitable for use in Biscuits and cookies cakes and pastries.

Butter Special :

A clear, slightly yellowish liquid possessing a characteristic flavour of natural butter. This flavour quenches the sour principle in the flour and enhance the note of other flavours in the final product. This product is invariably used in almost all biscuits. Its low cost is negligible to the overall costing of the product but never the less a very important ingredient.

Coconut Excellent:

A clear, slightly viscous liquid possessing a very strong and distinctive flavour of “COCONUT”. It imparts an original and vibrant note of natural coconut oil. When added along with desiccated coconut to the products, the mouthfeel and flavour of coconut lingers for a long time. The product is thermostable thus making it very suitable for use by the Biscuit Industry

Milk Delight :

A clear liquid possessing a distinctive flavour of cooked milk. It imparts an original and vibrant flavour of condensed milk to the products to which it is added. The mouth feel of condensed milk in the baked products is so prominent that the rich after effect lingers for long. The thermostability of the product makes it very suitable for use in Biscuits and cookies, mava cakes etc.

Toasted Coconut BWD :

A light caramel colored and slightly viscous liquid possessing a very strong and distinctive flavour of “Toasted Coconut”. It imparts an original and vibrant note of toasted coconut. When added along with desiccated coconut to the product the mouthfeel and flavour of coconut lingers for a long time. The product is generally used in combination with coconut excellent or vanilla flavours. The product is thermostable thus making it very suitable for use by the Biscuit Industry.
