Also company was manufacturing Diesel engines. Late Shri L.B. Shinde was thoroughly studied person. He realize that there will be starvation of diesel engine and recession will start. Therefore in 1973, company taken the development of Hot Foil Stamping Machine. They developed machine successfully and launched the new factory Bajaji Graphic Industries started under the brand name of “BALVANT”. This discover factory put company in very good financial position and its reputation also  increased. Company has also exported machines to Gulf countries like Caneda, Shri Lanka etc.

Bajaji Graphic Industries manufactured platen type letter Press machine under the brand name “BALVANT”, for this discovery company got “Ratn- Parkhe Paritosh" award.
