We recommend following flavours along with a brief description Orange Oil Juicy : A light orange colored oily liquid possessing a very strong and distinctive flavour of “ORANGE PEELS”. It imparts an original and vibrant juicy note of orange to the products to which it is added. The citrusy note and juicy effect is noted as soon as the confectionery is put into the mouth. The thermostability of the product makes it find its way in hard boiled confectionery. The juicy effect is best when it is used in centre filling of confectionery. Alpenliebe Flavour : A light caramel coloured liquid processing a delicious taste of milky caramel.
