Our organization is engaged in providing the facility of AC servo Motor Repairing. The services that we offer are available at cost effective rates, and cater to the requirements of our clients. The servo motors consist of two-phase, reversible, induction motors modified for servo operation. These motors are effectively used in various applications that require rapid and accurate response characteristics. In order to achieve all such characteristics, these high voltage ac servo motors have small diameter and high resistance rotors. Further, the AC servo motor also incorporate small diameter that provides low inertia for fast starts, stops and reversals. Moreover, high resistance feature provides nearly linear speed-torque characteristics for providing accurate servo motor control.

Further, we have designed an induction motor for servo usage. This motor is wound with two phases, physically at right angles or in space quadrature. Through the help of servo-amplifier, a fixed or reference winding is incorporated by a fixed voltage source, while the control winding is fitted by an adjustable or variable control voltage. Moreover, the windings of servo motor are usually designed with the same voltage and turns ratio, so as to ensure that power inputs at maximum fixed phase excitation, and at maximum control phase signal, are in proper balance.
