Baba Deep Singh Industries has designed and manufactured pneumatic grease pump is meant for automatic feeding of grease to bearing and other moving part of the machines as for Textile machine, Packing machine, Furnaces, Bleeding machine. Rolling mill Presses and Hammer, Rubber Processing machines, Agriculture and Construction Machines, Earth moving Machines etc.

Theory
Pneumatic Grease pump is operated by pneumatic power or pneumatic line connected to the port of cylinder. The cylinder is built in with the pneumatic pump. During 'ON' Period of pneumatic line, piston inside the cylinder is pushed, ejects out pressurized grease from the outlet port of the pump body. During reverse flow of pneumatic line, grease is sucked through the suction port in the pump spring force through follower plate exerted on the top surface of grease make the suction of the grease positive and easier.

Grease Distribution
To distribute the grease to various lubrication points, progressive blocks or metered valve are used. By progressive blocks lubricants are distributed to various Lubrication points in sequence one another. Progressive Blocks are three different types-Master Blocks, Primary Block and Secondary Block which can be added as per requirements. Grease line can also be divided by metered valve. Every time when pump is operated these valves eject out predetermined amount of grease. When pressure is released the valve gets charged.
