Our Rotary Valves have found major application in precision volumetric feeling. We provide these valves in standard as well as client specific types, sizes and designs. Following are few specifics of the Rotary Valves: Valve rotors with standard clearances of 004"+/-.001 " or according to client's specifications ; Extra thick cast gray iron end plates are precision fit into the body bore for support of bearings and seals without distortion. ; Fabricated steel rotors with 8 blades, 1/2 thickness for strength and canted to reduce load.  Some models are installed with heavy-duty ductile iron rotors specifically designed to minimize the load. These bodies are fabricated using cast gray iron or stress relieved steel suitable for pressures from 1-5 PSI. Additional features are as follows: Replaceable tips ; Flanged stock inlet (in square or round); Adjustable scraper blade or brush with square inlet; Triple bearing protection on inboard bearing models ; Permanently lubricated bearing on inboard models Re-lubricotable bearings and packing gland seals. ; Shafts keyed on both end. ; Shaft for protection of end opposite drive; Parallel shaft gear motor drive installed with an adjustable base
