We offer an array of Impellers; these are basically blower fans comprising a structure that is completely welded and made of sheet steel. It has a circular inlet provision and a rectangular outlet. The pedestal is made of sheet steel as well, offering it sturdy platform. It also provides adequate support to motors of direct driven blowers, extended shaft and plumber block units. For a clean vibration-free rotation, the impellers are smoothed and are also multi-bladed for better performance. We offer three different types of fans for various pressure ranges and applications. Following are the types of impellers that we offer: Backward inclined; Backward curved ; Straight-T We also provide different types of arrangements of installation: Arrangement IThe impeller is mounted on the motor shaft directly and is highly convenient when the blower speed compliments the s/rated motor speed. This arrangement is suitable of horizontal foot mounted motors of sizes up to 600 mm. Arrangement IIThis arrangement has the impeller mounted on the shaft with the assistance of two ball-roller bearings fitted on a pedestal in a plumber block housing. Suitable for motors that do not allow direct drive, the shaft is extended to receive a pulley. Adequate size of blower for this arrangement would be 700 mm & above.
