Acoustic Enclosure Of DG Set (5 KV-100KV) We offer a bulk assortment of Acoustic Enclosure to our distinguished clients. These are easy to install and are quickly access. They are offered in the standard range of 5 KV to 100 KV. Technical Of Acoustic Enclosures:- Description : The sound proof acoustic enclosure is a free standing , floor mounting , weatherproof type, and independent of generator and cab be easily assembled at site. It is specially designed for the machine. Design : The acoustic enclosure is designed for the minimum 25 dB(A) insertion loss {22 dB(A) in case of D.G. set is in basement}or for meeting ambient noise standard whichever is on higher side. Modular construction & vibration free in both welded and dismantle assembly type by our experts modern CAD/CAM techniques. To achieve optimum output with low noise using hoods/ducting/louvers to increasing airflow with emission as well as force ventilation. Constructional Feature: The enclosure is of modular design made out of CRCA sheet section reinforced with fabricated superstructure. The out side covers & doors are of 16 gauge thickness and the inside perforated sheet is 22 gauge thick G.I./ aluminum duly painted . the supporting frame work is of 2 mm thickness. The doors are gasketed with high quality EDPN gasket to avoid leakage of noise. All nuts & bolts are zinc coated. Acoustic Insulation/ Sound Proofing: Sound proofing of enclosure is done by high quality rock wool confirming to IS 8183 of 125 mm thickness and density is 96kg/m3 . The rock wool is further covered with fiber glass cloth /tissue paper and perforated sheet screwed or riveted to the network. Air Inlet & Outlet: Providing louvers of approximate size for air inlet and exhaust to ensure that hot air is pumped out effectively from enclosure. Specially designed attenuator to control sound at entry and exit of the canopy. Compactness: Close fit type compact enclosure are duly approved & guaranteed for any make of Gen set manufacturer.
