The value of five namely world class products & technology, knowledge sharing, integrated solutions, reach for convenience and respond with care represents the core business philosophy of Aventura.
World Class Products & Technologies: We feel Indian customers expect and deserve the same quality of products and access to latest technologies as their counter parts in US, Europe, Japan and other countries. Hence it is unfair to make available to them inferior quality products or technologies which may have been obsolete in other parts of the world just to meet cost implications or their ignorance of latest trends.
Knowledge Sharing: We feel it is the responsibility of any product supplier to upgrade the knowledge of its customers about the technologies, product application and proper use of the product. With the help of our all India sales and service infrastructure and full support of our international partners, we make conscientious efforts to train them on these technologies and their applications on an ongoing basis.
Integrated Solutions: We feel, there should be a synergy between customers’ various products needs and available engineering application solutions to live up to our promise. Absence of this can create complete havoc in the performance of any engineering system. We therefore choose our product range very thoughtfully and focus on end application and complete solution only. Hence for every application we focus, we provide top and bottom integration without any gaps, thus providing better value to our customers.
Reach for Convenience: Water is the basic need of human beings and with a population of over 1 billion in a vast country like us, water quality and treatment needs vary from place to place. We thus focus on providing service to the customers at the local level reaching out to every nook & corner of the country. At present, we have 7 sales and service offices, 5 large warehouses, 60 employees and more than 20 dealers across country. We keep ready stock of most of the products marketed and pride ourselves on the least delivery periods in the Industry.
Respond with Care: We feel that it is our moral responsibility to provide value to our customers. Our relationship is based on mutual trust and we take care that our thoughts, words and actions support us in this belief.
