Hand Tools Trolley

The pit stop ® is a complete tools trolley designed in keeping the technicians demands of the various tools needed for a quick and easy repair of the vehicle. We provide complete toll trolley and work station which include complete range of hand tools.

The pit stop is designed keeping in mind "kaizen" and "poka-yoke" systems. It comes complete with hand tools (based on the vehicle type serviced) which are easy to draw and keep back with its pre-moulded plastic cases .

The pit stop can also be fitted with a small battery and hand held led lamp in plastic casing for trouble free on the vehicle operation.

Product Features:

    Smart wall system ready, which can support fixtures for running tools, pneumatic guns, special tools etc.
    Is designed to be equipped with a 12V battery for lighting a TRULUMEN LED workshop lamp, thus reducing the need of LONG electric cables used with historical workshop lamps.
    Specially designed TRAYS as per poka-yoke and kaizen studies to reduce the time taken by technician to find a tool and withdraws and submit it back to the TRAY.
    Two rear wheels come equipped with locking mechanism, providing a stable workbench once the technician starts to work.
    Nylon tyres, making the trolley easy to move over on the workshop floor.
    Solid top with rubber matting for keeping running parts and tools.
