About us Attar Mohamed Dawood Group of Companies was established during the year 1950 in KANNAUJ, Uttar Pradesh with a dream to create & introduce finest oriental attars, perfumes, bakhoors, and range of cosmetics & toiletries products, and today is one of the leading manufacturers & exporters of these products worldwide. AMD is name synonymous in the perfumery industry for high quality ATTARS, PERFUMES, BAKHOORS, PERFUMERY COMPOUNDS, COSMETICS & TOILETRIES. Principally we have two manufacturing facilities, unit in KANNAUJ is in operation since inception and unit in MEPZ - Special Economic Zone in CHENNAI commenced operation in 1986-87. Our wide range of Products under Shaheen Brand viz. Shamamatul Amber 15000, 9000, 6000, 4000, 2000, 1000 series, Attar Sandal, Attar Zafran, Denaoud XX, Mukhalats, Kadi, Habshoosh are well known & acclaimed world over. AMD operational area is spread over 60000 sq.ft and employ over 300+ and has sound infrastructure and modern facilities which hepls every activity & products of AMD to fulfil its brand image. The products are exported to entire gulf (GCC) countries viz, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.), Sultanate of Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Doha Qatar and African Countries.
