Customers can buy Forging Screw Presses (Up Stroke) from us that are used to manufacture bolt head of all kinds of rivets, nuts, motor parts, nonferrous forgings, axle half shaft and engine valve. These presses are provided with friction drive on which forging blow takes place in the upward direction. Screw nut is placed in the top cross head of the frame type ram on the machines that employ the Vincent principle. Thus the ram moves upwards in the axial direction by the rotation of a longitudinally fixed screw. Also, the bottom die of forging tools is secured to lower cross head of the ram whilst the top die is fixed to a bridge that is machine frame's part. In addition, an ejector is also provided at the ram's lower part.
