The ATEQ G 520 is an instrument which can measure very small flows from 0.1 cc/hr till 1000 cc/hr. The special pneumatics inside the instrument takes care of the fluctuations that can happen in the flow path due to accurate pressure regulation. The navigation keys in the front panel helps in easy programming of the instrument. The ATEQ G520 has a 4 line display or a bright VFD display which can display alpha-numerical characters. Instrument is equipped with digital relay board that facilitates in interface with a PLC. An RS 232 connectivity comes as a standard feature. Optional features of Profibus, J bus or Modbus communication is also available.
