We offer high quality HDF Skin Doors, HDF Sandwich composite Door Shutters & Suraksha HDF Composite Doors which are 32mm thick. ( Bed room and Interior Door Shutter only). We are engaged in supplying of single leaf HDF Skin Sandwich Composite Door Shutters of 32mm thickness, which are laminated with two HDF skins. These are made of honeycomb core material with wood grain finish. The core material has a density of more than 70kg/ms and the honeycomb core is 29mm thick. The HDF skin has to be minimum 3.0mm. We use high quality wooden reinforcements, with a cross section of 65mm X 28mm. This allows easy metal fittings, such as tower bolts, aldrops and handles, to get easy installed. The HDF skin, core and the wooden reinforcement are bonded together at a high temperature and pressure using 850 tonnage heated compression molding press. The door surface is painted with single coating of primer, making it easier to further paint it in any desired color.
