Our exclusive range of doors look like wood, feel like wood; but they are made from material better than wood. They are highly reliable and perform better than wood , pvc, aluminum, flush doors, plywood and blockboard. Composed and designed as per is 4020:1994, these composite doors do not rot, rust, fade, crack, warp or bend. The salwood used for this purpose can be replaced with cement foam combination door shutter. It is available in 2” x 3” cross section or 3” x 4” cross section depending on the requirement of the clients. It is capable of accommodating 30mm thick shutter, which is manufactured out of solid core, laminated with 1. 5 mm thick grp. It is made up of superior weather resistant polyester gelcoat and then polyester resin is laminated. Following this, 2 layers of 300 gsm glass mat, termite, water resistant and fire retardant with superior structural gluing based on hand lay and with various pre-molded plain/design finishes on both faces are made. The quality standards followed: Both faces of door conforming to is 6307: 1985 Structural adhesive conforming to is 4835: 1979 Door frames with shutters confirming to is 4020 : 1994. During the manufacturing process, pigmentation of grp laminate is done to obtain the finish and colors of the shutter. The core is made by cement foam, which makes it light weight yet strong. Salwood with moisture content less than 15% , is used to built the wooden section. In order to take up to 6” long hinges at site, the side of the frame accommodating the hinges shall be undercut.
