Oil Impregnators machines are used for impregnating insulation board cylinders used inside the transformer. This provides a cost effective alternative to manual spray impregnation providing higher productivity and consistency of the covered area.
Cylinder to be impregnated is hydraulically loaded and rotated in an oil bath at optimum speed in both forward and reverse directions to maximize the oil penetration. The residual oil is collected and reused eliminating any wastage. The entire process can be automated to improve productivity and ensure quality as well as repeatability.
