Color Sorting Machine For Rice

We manufacture Sorting Machines that finds wide application in the agricultural sector for the sorting of grains like rice, dal, pulses, and others. This color sorter machine is suitable for the cleaning section, or b1 section of a flour milling plant. It helps in sorting the mottled, burned, or diseased kernels, vetch and other foreign seeds to obtain spotless semolina and flour products.

Owing to the usefulness, we offer these machines for the following purposes:

    From white rice we sort: Yellow, red and green grains, chalky  rice, discolored and immature rice, black spotted grains, with spot less than 0.25 mm
    From parboiled rice we sort: Black and burned grains, discolored, black spotted and any other defective grains
    From rye we sort: product free from ergot
