We, Asia Pacific Internationals incepted in the year, 1994, as wholesale manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of a stunning range of knitted apparels for men, women and children. Based out of Tirrupur, Tamilnadu, India, we have created a benchmark in the fast developing and highly competitive garment manufacturing domain. Our products are in great demand in Germany, UK, Italy and France.

Quality Assurance

Care at every level of production defines the core of the quality policy followed by us. We follow three distinct phases in the production procedure—preorder, fabric making garment making. In each of these stages, utmost care is taken to maintain quality covering end to end product fabrication. We are one of the very few garment manufacturers who weaves their own fabrics for total alignment of product fit with design and product longevity. Being a responsible manufacturer with social obligation we have effluent treatment plants (ETP) to comply environmental regulations. We have hundred percent checking of garments. We have a unique system whereby every garment is checked twice as every pressed is screened once again for defects before they are folded and packed.

Infrastructure Facility

We are supported by a most up-to-date infrastructure that complements all our business activities. Occupying a sprawling area covering two acres, our infrastructure occupies a built up area of 40, 000 sq. feet housing fabric making, manufacturing , design and quality monitoring units. Our manufacturing unit has all the latest cutting machines such as Assyst Bullmer Spreader with band knife cutting machines for open width fabrics. Manual cutting is followed for all tubular fabrics. Fabrication processes encompasses precutting, cutting, sewing, pressing and checking. Our capacity per day is 7500 pieces. We have state-of-the –art dying machines (Thies, Sclavos) and finishing macines (Santex). We have special stain removing machines to remove unavoidable oil stains.

Key Production Policy

In our organization, we take every order as a singular, one of its kind product requirements. This allows us to pay minute attention to the many variables involved in the uniqueness of knitwear manufacture. The business philosophy that overrides all our operations is care at every stage of production. We do not simplify our efforts by generalizing with one fit solutions for all products.

Production Phase

We carry out a comprehensive phase by phase operation for total quality management. We are one of the few garment manufacturers who follow a tightly woven preorder and fabric making procedure preceding the actual garment making process. In the preorder phase we facilitate the clients with sample specimen followed by sample development, specimen modification, pricing and final confirmation. All the elaborate procedure leaves no place for confusion in the order placement.

Fabric making involves yarn sourcing, grey fabric knitting, fabric processing and fabric finishing. The final stage comprises designing, cutting, sewing, checking, pressing, packing and inspection.

A broad overview of production Phases

The smooth progression of an order culminating in the final ready to deliver stage follows three key phases as mentioned above. We work on time share arrangement with some of the facilities out sourced for fabric development. In the preorder stage each client gets exclusive attention as each order is handled by independent merchandiser. We have special ERP Software to handle the database at various stages of production. This ensures the use of same data at every activity and eliminates chances of error.

In fabric making, we source yarn from most trustworthy mills. Yarns used by us are grey, dyed, mercerized and specialty. Under these broad categories we offer a wide spread variety. In knitting fabrication we follow five basic principles. These are

Usage of proper knitting parameter such as looplength

Scrutinizing dying effect of all yarns such as grey edge lines

Attention predictive difficulties like over lapping of colors

Delivery of grey rolls after proper inspection

Ensuring the right gauge for planned count

In processing we pay utmost priority to use the right kind of chemicals and dyes for color fastness, the right type of dying machines which follow ETP rules. In the precutting stage we ensure the fabrics get completely relaxed--- a must for knitwear fabrics. Every lot after inspection is projected for estimate number of garments to guarantee against shortfall in production.

In the final sewing stage we have 13 lines of sewing for knitwear and one line for woven lines. We have 175, 000 pieces capability per month. Each line is supervised by one production supervisor and one quality controller.
