Mango comes in different shapes and sizes depending on cultivar types. Internally, the flesh (mesocarp) is juicy, yellow-orange color with many flexible fibrils radiating from his flat, oval-shaped stone in the center (enveloped one large seed kidney-shaped). Its flavor is pleasant and rich, sweet taste with a sweet tartness. Mango seed (stone) may be a single embryo, or sometimes polyembryonic. High-quality mango fruits should be included no or very less fiber content and minimal tartness.
