These reports are taken by our technical as well as commercial evaluation groups where proper project scheduling as well as contract programming is prepared using special computer aided software. While equipment for project is being manufactured/procured by company, the erection team is made to work at site for installation of machinery that is already supplied as well as planning for machinery to be supplied is done as per schedule and progress. Appropriate changes are also made to suit work progress at site. The site organization is then later supplemented by commissioning engineers who eventually hand over plants to clients after successful trial runs.
