We have in offer for our customers Filling Machine (1 gm to 250 gms). These machines are in the vertical form and extensively used for filling and sealing center sealed sachets. This machine is able to handle different types of free flowing/non-free flowing powders/granules. Single reel film stock is handled by model MB-20. The maximum width of the reel is 300 mm on 76 mm core. As per the convenience, one can get multiple filling heads on the machine. The puller wheel is controlled by Electromagnetic Clutch Brake Combination. This drawing down of the film is done through these puller wheels. A PLC based print registration system is responsible for controlling the length of the bag. The length of the bag can be adjusted from the single key pad that is available on the front panel, in case of an non-printed film. for more details refer to the attached pdf Product Code: ASI03
