We offer Filling Machine (0.5 gm up to 50 gms) for filling and sealing purposes. This machine is in the vertical form and seals 3/4 side sealed sachets and capable of handling products for filling such as all types of free flowing powders / granules. The operations of the machine are controlled from 0-95 cycles/ minute. This machine has a single reel film laminate. The maximum diameter of the reel is 400 mm on 76 mm core. The main cup filler fills the container with the product. To ensure complete hygiene, it is ensured that all parts of the machine that come in contact with the products are made of high grade stainless steel. The sealing dies are operated with gears.
