We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of Potato Flakes. Potato flakes we offer go through dehydration process, and used as an ingredient for preparing a variety of food items. These are used in Refrigerating industry as a basic material for making frozen foods. Apart from this, potato flakes are also used in concentrated food industry, as thickening agent for sauces, instants soups,puree etc. These flakes are also extensively applied as the addition to the production of canned food.
Other uses of Potato Flakes:
Industry of refined potato products: Used in crisps, where there is a sudden increase in use of dried potatoes. Bakery industry.
In the production technology: Flakes can be used as substitutes for hydrolizates and protein isolates produced on the basis of beef. The products prepared in this manner, fulfills all quality requirements.
Meat and poultry industry: Addition of fine-grained potato flakes in 3-4% to cured meats, has a positive impact on absorption of water released in the process of meat size reduction. It also stabilizes the process of fat release from the product during its storage.
